820 Steel Pipe Bending Machine

Southeast Asia is rich in oil and natural gas resources and has a long history of exploitation. It has long been one of the most important production areas of crude oil and oil products in the world. 

In recent years, the pipe fittings such as elbow, bend, and flange are highly needed for southeast countries. Many users are devoting to the manufacturing of pipe fittings.

KEYA has supplied one set of 820 steel pipe bending machine to the user from Southeast country in 2020. The machine can produce bends range from OD 219-820mm, max radius is 5D, wall thickness can be 30mm.

The induction heating technology is suitable for carbon steel, alloy steel and some stainless steel which is easy to be heated.

Along with the large price increase of pipe fittings in China since the end of 2020, it maybe a good chance for users at abroad to build their own production plant.
