1. Introduction of STEEL PIPE HYDRO TESTER

It adopts end face sealing method with functions of flush before test, pressure check, and lifting and water drainage after test. It is controlled by PLC with features of advanced structure, steady operation.

3. Features of STEEL PIPE HYDRO TESTER

1) Water injection valve, exhaust valve

Water injection valve, exhaust valve adopts balance valve, diameter design is reasonable, open and close are controlled by cylinder, good tightness, high safety, stable and reliable, long life.

2) Unloading valve

The opening and closing of the unloading valve are controlled by the oil cylinder, and the conical sealing helix is designed to buffer the unloading. The unloading is stable and fast, high safety, stable and reliable, the valve core is small in volume, long life and easy to replace.

3) Steel pipe fixture

The steel pipe fixture is driven by the oil cylinder which can meet the requirements of the steel pipe concentric clamp and centering. If the test tube is too short, the redundant fixture can be removed and hoisted away at any time.

4) Inlet and outlet mechanism

Set up three groups, install in the pressure test center. The lifting of the inlet and outlet pipe device is driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and the feeding and receiving action is completed at the same time.

5) Pressurization system

Adopt high pressure pump pressurization, frequency conversion control, sensitive adjustment, accurate control, stable pressure holding.

6) The design of test head is reasonable

The test head adopts clamp type split structure, the whole force in the circumferential direction, the force is balanced and reasonable, and the structure is simple and easy to disassemble. It takes 30 minutes to replace the sealing ring or change the specification. The outlet orientation of the exhaust end test head is set reasonably, which can achieve full exhaust, improve the quality of water filling and reduce the pressurization time.

7) Industrial computer +PLC

The automatic measurement and control system adopts "industrial computer +PLC" to form a distribution system, which is flexible and convenient in design and operation.

8) Rapid unloading

The hydro tester adopts split unloading mode, firstly unload the pipe body and then unload the sealing ring (lag 0.1~0.2 seconds), to avoid the high-pressure water impact on the sealing ring and prolong the service life of the sealing ring.

9) Detection sensor

The position and status detection sensors of steel pipes, equipment and institutions are installed in key positions. It can avoid the wrong operation of equipment; enhance the safety and reliability of HYDRO TESTER operation.
