1. Introduction of Tee Cold Forming Machine

It can be used to connect two pipes or one pipe to another pipe fitting with a male and female thread. Tee machines are used in many industries like waterworks, boilers, power plants, etc. They are designed to make a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and materials of the tee fitting in a quick and efficient way.

It is used for producing both equal and unequal tees of diameter from 1/2 to 28 inch. Material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel.

1) The machine adopts split frame type welding technology, which is easy to oversea transport.

4) The extrusion of side push cylinder adopts displacement sensor, pressure transmitter, PID and module control, which can realize the closed-loop control of speed, 0.3mm.  

5) PLC control, with functions of parameters input, history storage, real-time display of operation system value, pressure curve. Stop button and E-stop button; Hands operation button; hydraulic double support safety loop; liquid level alarm; overload protection; with maintenance platform, ladder and fence on top of machine.

There are 3 kinds of operation modes: Manual, semi-automatic and Automatic. PLC control.

 

2) How to load the materials? 

Small material is by manual, for bigger ones, use truck or robot arm.

Each dimension needs its own tee mould.
