5. FAQ

1) What temperature will the machine heat the pipes to get pipe fittings?

Depends on different materials, the temperature is between 700-1000 degrees.

2) Will the machine be tested before shipping?

Each set of machine will be assembled and tested run by connecting power system and hydraulic system at plant and we KEYA will inspect the whole bending process to make sure the bend is qualified.

3) How to load the material into machine?

User can use crane to load pipes into feeding rollers of machine. We can also design of automatic feeding system.
