1) The elbow beveling machine can process LR AND SR elbows with sizes of 1/2 inch to 48 inch.

2) 2 sets of beveling heads are available to make the beveling finished in one time.

3) The frame of the main machine adopts steel plates for welding, heat treatment and assembly after machining.

4) The movable part adopts linear guide rail. Feed adopts servo motor to drive lead screw through PLC control, divided into fast forward, work forward, fast backward;

5) The clamp of pipe fitting is compressed by hydraulic cylinder. Two spindle heads can bevel elbow at the same time.

6) The floating cutter for large size successfully solves the difficulties of rough roundness, which ensures the high beveling precision.
