2. Features of hydraulic elbow making machine

The machine is equipped with Siemens PLC control, touch screen display, speed and distance measurement display, and can store elbow diameter, wall thickness and other data;

Automatic loading, semi-auto control.

When equipment goes in position, it can return automatically, at the same time, feeding speed reducer starts pushing the raw tube into the mandrel; automatically return when pushed in position.

The main machine stops automatically when goes back in place, press the start button, front and back gate are closed, equipment goes forwards, the loading device at the back of machine put the

raw tube to the feeding rack in turn into feeding groove waiting for loading.
